Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions and process for requesting a return or refund for products purchased directly through minecrystals.com.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution. In some cases, we may determine that returning the product is not required.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

To begin a return, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging and included components.

We may request your order number, proof of purchase, photographs, or other information needed to review the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that show signs of use, alteration, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping
• Items missing original components or packaging
• Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items, where clearly identified as such before purchase
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise required by law

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@minecrystals.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Do not send products to our registered business address, the address shown on the original package, or an Amazon fulfillment center unless specifically instructed to do so.

Items returned without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed, rejected, or lost.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review and provided instructions.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the refund after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We may deduct from the refund any applicable return shipping charges or loss in value caused by use, damage, missing components, or incomplete packaging, where permitted by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but it does not yet appear in your account, please first contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

If the expected processing period has passed, contact us at contact@minecrystals.com with your order number so that we can review the refund status.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. The fastest option is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before placing a replacement order so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel it before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been submitted for fulfillment.

If the order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
